The canonical stream has one wire version: `schema_version: "2.0"`, at `wss://api.datafortennis.com/v2/live`. Raw singles states across admitted ATP/WTA/ITF coverage cells and independently entitled ATP predictions share IDs and event order. This is an engineering preview with separate access capabilities. Contract presence does not grant access or qualify the prediction model. Authentication is the first JSON message, not a query parameter. Use the REST stream-ticket operation, then follow the [WebSocket quickstart](/start-here/live-web-socket-quickstart). The machine reference describes every client message, server event and composed state. The API explorer is hidden while access and model qualification remain in preview. Collectors and model inference run once for each accepted input revision. Subscribers receive the shared committed event stream. No browser, collector or numerical model starts for an individual connection. Authentication can opt in to resumable lanes using `resumable: true`. A server-issued private `resume_token` replaces only that lane when accompanied by a fresh valid ticket. Classic clients retain their original response shape. The quickstart explains two identical lanes, event deduplication and the difference between physical socket recovery and application delivery continuity. ## API Docs - WebSocket reference > Live [live](https://docs.datafortennis.com/web-socket-reference/live/live.md) ## AsyncAPI Specification The raw AsyncAPI 2.6.0 specification for the WebSocket channels is available at: - [AsyncAPI JSON](https://docs.datafortennis.com/asyncapi.json) - [AsyncAPI YAML](https://docs.datafortennis.com/asyncapi.yaml)
