Read points for multiple matches

Single pinned snapshot ordered by match ID and point sequence. Byte truncation returns a continuation. Every requested match retains explicit availability. Existing credentials keep their row/byte budgets.

Optional client logical-operation identifier. Scoped to principal, channel and operation class. A different canonical request conflicts; expired replay returns 410. RapidAPI retries without this stable identifier are separate attempts/operations.
