Resolve allowlisted scoped external identities

Exact namespace lookup only. ATP player codes can be scoped by discipline; archive-match keys require season and discipline, with optional event. Ambiguity returns HTTP 409 and up to six candidate own IDs, never a guessed merge. The prepared lookup is immutable per release. No source payload, private path or alias enumeration is returned.

Optional client logical-operation identifier. Scoped to principal, channel and operation class. A different canonical request conflicts; expired replay returns 410. RapidAPI retries without this stable identifier are separate attempts/operations.
