Read release coverage

Release coverage is measured within the declared census. Optional category, season and discipline read prepared immutable projections; omitted filters retain the original global response. Counts do not prove a full calendar or verified-complete PBP.

Optional client logical-operation identifier. Scoped to principal, channel and operation class. A different canonical request conflicts; expired replay returns 410. RapidAPI retries without this stable identifier are separate attempts/operations.
